Family Law Failure in Alienation Child Abuse
William Dubree, PhD

Ask any parent who is a victim of their children rudely refusing contact regarding their experiences in the Family Law system about the success of their legal case and you will get a uniform answer. Target Parents consistently say they are frustrated, physically exhausted and suffer unimaginable traumatic grief.

Once trapped in the family law system (syndicate), it enables a learning experience driven by the same dynamics as anyone who has been tortured by propaganda. Over time, many target parents express symptom displays similar to victims of concentration camps, Stockholm Syndrome and endless nefarious influences. The result is a broken personality with hang dog obsession about their children so damaging that they often behave at the edges of pathological anxiety and stress.

These changes in behavior are direct consequences of the Family Law strategies that are then used to further demonize the target parent as unfit emotionally to see their children.

The most common picture of a family struggling with alienation is a triangle of apoplectic chaos. More likely than not, everyone in the family is ordered to engage with a mental health therapist. Court orders counter intuitive remedies informed by the mental health community. While the court mindlessly dances to the tune of the family's destruction, everyone in the triangle is treading water. And, as the weeks, months and years pass, filing motion after motion, a black hopelessness grips the family cementing them into the purgatory of an endless and inescapable experience of non‐sense and folly.

Is it Chaos, Lunacy, Incompetence or Greed that drives the family law syndicate?

Soon after the first court hearing, the circus begins. Get ready to empty your bank accounts and join the obligatory parade. Common sense and empathy that would normally guide a strategy is now an empty hope. What awaits the hapless and sad family is not a solution but an ocean of confusion that welcomes you into an Alice in Wonderland fantasy world directed by a platoon of lawyers, therapists, evaluators, guardians and coordinators. And, for the target parent and children unless they are prepared to capitulate to the vicissitudes of their hopelessness, there is no way to escape this parade.

Judicial torture becomes a surreal nightmare.

What started as a family conflict driven by an unhinged alienating parent evolves into an extreme world of dark confusion devoid of any reason or common sense.

An arrogant, uninformed incompetent and insouciant army of "experts" inflates the family's conflicts with extreme and stressful complexity. They are the dismal heart of the family law syndicate.

The court delegates all power. It overrides any humanitarian concerns. It suffocates any meaningful efforts to mitigate success. It threatens draconian criminal consequences for mere disobedience. It expects unopposed compliance to its orders. Resistance becomes futile. It sucks out all power, energy and momentum from the victims. It is a reckless ride to perdition.

And, Target parents learn they are condemned to behave with the Cry of the Voice Unheard.

Where does it end?

The irrational rigidity of the Family Law Syndicate is now being challenged by an innovation built in the science of Learning Theory, the larval roots of the field of psychology. Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes of families for too long compelled to endure this scorched disaster, a common sense, simple and cost effective solution is slowly creeping into the family law system that defies its despicable and callous intransigence.

The light at the end of the tunnel is the promise of a shift from complexity to simplicity, from chaos to reason and from ruthless shadows to the honesty of sincere integrity.

Learning is the root of all behavior. Learning is the simple, easy to comprehend and direct explanation for the behaviors that inflict such distressing harm to families. Unlike the clinical mental health model, it challenges and confronts the problems with an intuitive call to action.

Family law with its mental health therapy is a distortion build on a broken wall of distraction. It renders services to victims that are not only useless but with its time wasting strategies directly enables the strength and maintenance of the pathologies. Its methods are recondite behind closed doors using atavistic Freudian methods guaranteed to torment the victims into a world of opinions formed that are endlessly obscure, replete with confusion and are fruitless in enabling a meaningful solution.

The learning theory solution is designed to provide a compelling validation of alienation behaviors, a comprehensible plan of action and a compassionate solution in rapid time that respects the integrity of the family. By removing the therapists, reunification therapists, evaluators, guardians and coordinators, it changes the strategy from mind‐boggling complexity to common sense simplicity.

It removes the financial incentives driven by the family law referral traditions. It ends the profiteering on the miseries of families suffering from alienation issues.

The Paradigm Shift has arrived. It's time to put the fraudulent family court complexity schemes to shame. Now it is up to you, the target parents to make the choice, endless years of torture vs. a sound, reasoned, and rapid solution that is easy for anyone to understand.
